Hours 2 and 3 - REPLAY - Money Magazine questions... how do you fell about your income, taxes, and the American dream. The real question they asked was..."What do you think about more often? Money or Sex."
Hour 4 - REPLAY - Engagement Rings... If the engagement has been broken off, should the ring be returned???

Hour 1 - A particular Napa Valley resort location suggests to people through their reservation acknowledgments that there aren't any recreational facilities or activities oriented towards children at their establishment. Is this age discrimination? Why do parents insist on taking their screaming children to adult oriented vacation areas? What's a kid to do at a wine tasting vineyard?
Hour 2 - If the law states that you are unable to discriminate on the basis of age, how are senior citizen housing communities such as Sun City, Arizona justified in banning residents under the age of 50?
Hours 3 and 4 - A new survey indicates that 2/3 of parents who grew up during the baby boomer era and grew up with drugs expect their children will do the same. Is it hypocritical for a parent who was a user in their teen-hood to discourage their children from using drugs?

Hour 1 - Proposition 209 in California prohibits discrimination against any individual on the basis of age, sex, color, creed, and ethnic background, in favor of the most qualified candidate. This bill would technically dismantle Affirmative Action in the State of California. David Duke (running for a U.S. Senate seat in Louisiana) is Tom's guest, and tries to defend his point of view.
Hours 2 and 3 - Hip Hop Rapper of Deathrow Records, Tupac Shakur was shot in Las Vegas after the Tyson - Seldon fight. Tom thinks that if you wanna talk the talk and walk the walk, while rapping about killing, raping, maiming, and shooting, you run the risk of the outcome Tupac experienced, and Tom doesn't feel bad for Tupac Shakur what-so-ever!
Hour 4 - Hiring at the Office... when the best qualified candidate for a position is REALLY good looking, do you hire them? Or do you consider them to be a distraction or a chance for argument with your spouse.

Hour 1 - Tom's Guest... Charles Augusteen (writer for The Bay Area Gazette) Discussion on multicultural issues including the story of a gentleman who tried to order a pizza and found that his delivery area had been red-zoned due to the dangerous nature of the neighborhood. Is this racism or safety concerns?
Hour 2 - Sheryl Crow's new CD entitled "Sheryl Crow" has lyrics that don't sit well with Wal Mart. [Song: Love is a Good Thing] [Lyric: watch out sister, watch out brother, watch our children as they kill each other with a gun they bought at the Wal Mart discount store] Wal Mart has decided not to sell Sheryl Crow's new CD. Is this censorship?
Hour 3 - Wal Mart vs. "Mom and Pop" stores. The community fight against Wal Mart. Why is their the need for a fight to keep the store out of the town? Why cant people resist the temptation to shop at Wal Mart when they didn't want the the store in the first place?
Hour 4 - Debra Zimmerman of Racine, Wisconsin is the first woman to be charged with attempted murder of her fetus by reckless drinking. When does a woman's choice and freedom become restricted by her responsibility of her unborn child?

Hours 2 and 3 - Tom's guest, Tom Blood (co-author with Bruce Henderson of "State of the Union") explains extensive research done that proves that Bill Clinton has followed through with 87% of his promises.
Hour 4 - Bill Clinton has not made his health records public. Bob Dole is making this fact an issue. Does America have a right to know everything about the presidents health? Aren't certain health conditions personal?

Hours 1,2, and 3 - From the "Hollywood Reporter" comes information that the Disney corporation who produces the Sitcom "Ellen" on ABC has been considering having the character of Ellen identify herself as a lesbian later this season. Discussion on this possibility.
Hour 4 - Guest David Wright(Senior Reporter for the National Enquirer) takes questions and discusses the recent story reguarding Roger Stone(campaign advisor for Bob Dole) advertising himself and his wife on a swingers web page paid for by his credit card.

Hours 1 and 2 - The "Federal Election Commission" has determined that Ross Perot will not be allowed to participate in the Presidential Election Debates. The commission came to this conclusion based on polls that 74% of people will not vote for Perot, and he only has 5% of the registered voters support. Should Ross Perot be allowed to participate in the debate or was the commission right in their exclusion.
Hour 3 - Dateline: Atlantic City - Remember the Monopoly game card that said "Bank error in your favor, collect $200"? Straight from the Boardwalk comes a story of an Automated Teller Machine that began dispensing $100 bills instead of $20 bills. A $100 withdrawal would result in a $500 cash return. Even casino employees were cashing out the machine. PNC's Bank machine at the Grand Hotel lost a total of 85,000 dollars before security was made aware of the problem and action was taken. Would you take the money? Would you tell security? Tom wants to know what you would do?
Hour 4 - No Specific Topic. Tom only want's to hear from people who have never called any type of radio talk show before.

Hour 1 - Guest Keith Alexander(USA Today Columnist) answers questions about "Frequent Flyer Mile" programs.
Hour 2 - Guest Peter McWilliams(Author of "Nobody's business if you do") discusses consensual crimes. Consensual crimes are those that don't harm a victim or their property. Is it fair that these such crimes are punishable by jail time? 750,000 people are behind bars and are the burden of taxpayers for "crimes" such as gambling, drug use, prostitution, non-marital sex, adultery, and sodomy. Hour 3 - Spiro Agnew, Vice President from 1969-1973 who resigned in disgrace after pleading no contest to tax evasion has died. All flags on Federal buildings in Washington D.C. have been lowered to half mast in his honor. Should we be honoring such a personality?
Hour 4 - Bob Dole's new anti-drug campaign involves the spin off of a popular Nike sales slogan "Just Do It". Bob Dole's new anti-drug slogan is "Just Don't Do It." Tom want's to know from kids 18 or younger if this new slogan will make a difference in their decisions. By the way... Just how much child support has Bob Dole(Mr Family Values) paid?

Hours 1 and 2 - Tom has lost 55 lbs this year! This is a feat of incredible self control. As Tom says... "Take the fork out of your mouth!" Tom's guest's, Suzanne Schlosberg, and Liz Neporent(co-authors of "Fitness for Dummies") answer your questions on dieting and fitness.
Hour 3 - A listener whom E-mailed Tom is generally irritatedby people who ask him if he is going to have more children. What questions are you asked that may seem innocent enough really piss you off?
Hour 4 - What are you looking for in a president? Guest Allan Elsner and Tom research the issue with callers responses.

Hour 1 - John F. Kennedy Jr. and his recent "secret wedding" has been the top story on recent newscasts. Why is this interesting to people?
Hour 2 - Guests Dr. John Newman(History Professor at the University of Maryland)
Hou-and Celerino Castillo(DEA agent from 1984-1990)
Discussion that puts more fuel to the fire, and supports previous proof and allegations that the CIA was responsible for the introduction of "Crack" cocaine and the importation and distribution to inner city communities to fund the Contra effort against the Sandinistas in Nicaragua.
Hour 3 - More discussion on the CIA drug scandal.
Hour 4 - Richard Ramirez (The Night Stalker) has found the woman of his dreams... Doreene L. Age 41 "virgin catholic". The Devil Worshipper meets Ms. Doreene. Should Death Row Inmates be able to use your state tax money to Marry. Should such criminals have the right to be married? Gays and Lesbians have recently been disallowed by the federal government to be legally married, but Psycho killers retain that right?

Hour 1 - The Virginia Military Institute has been forced to either admit women or refuse government funding. Some of the women that have announced their intent of attendance have been threatened. Should women receive special treatment during their attendance?
Hour 2 - A six year old boy has been suspended from his school for what the school called "sexual harassment" after kissing a fellow schoolgirl on the cheek.
Hour 3 - Dick Morris(former campaign advisor for Bill Clinton)was found to have had relations with prostitutes. Dick Morris' wife claims that Dick is still her best friend. Tom wants to know if your best friend can be your spouse?
Hour 4 - Frank Newpert of the Gallop pole discusses and answers questions about the polls.

9/25/96 Wednesday

Hour 1 - Guest Larry Brinken(San Francisco Human Right's Commission) discusses the possibility that sex change operations may be covered by medical insurance for city employees.
Hour 2 - Only 55% of Americans are tuned into the three major networks(ABC, CBS, and NBC). This is down from 90% in the 1960's. Tom discusses the reasons.
Hours 3 and 4 - Bob Dole is not going to win the presidential election! No candidate in a presidential pole who has been ahead by this much at this point has never lost the presidential election. Tom's time to Gloat!

9/26/96 Thursday

Hours 1 and 2 - Clint Eastwood has been sued by his former "live-in lover" Sondra Locke. She is requesting palimony. What the hell is that? They weren't even ever married. Tom discussed "palimony and alimony"
Hours 3 and 4 - Dateline: Canyon Country, CA, a mother was given the maximum penalty allowed by law and sentenced to 18 months in jail for the death of her infant son in a car accident. Her son hadn't been buckled in. She had been sited 3 times previously for the same infraction. Is this a fair sentence? One child is dead and her other two are crippled for life!

Hours 1,2,3, and 4 - Open Telephone Friday!!! Ask Tom anything. Ask about the black helicopters... crop circles... The Trilateral Commission, or O.J. talking backwards. Here's your chance!


9/30/96 Monday

Hour 1 - Cuban Cigars. They are illegal due to the current embargo against Cuba, yet among cigar smokers they have become a social anchor.
Hours 2 and 3 - Kitsap County Commissioner(WA State), Phil Best has used county office equipment and county online services to view more than 130 porno sites on the intenet. Should he step down?
Hour 4 - Letter from listener about a mother-in-law who was in financial dire striates committed credit fraud by contacting a credit card company and using her daughters' name. Would you turn your mother in?
