Hour 2 - REPLAY - A gay and lesbian couple join together to produce a child through artificial insemenation and plan to raise the child together.
Hour 3 - LIVE from Maui - The Clinton Administration is planning to persue and charge any doctors that prescribe marijuana for medicinal uses in the states of Arizona and California where it has become legal by state vote.
Hour 4 - REPLAY - A public school insructs students that they are not allowed to wear appearal with satanic symbols or phrases appearing on it. In defense of fairness, students have reacted by requesting that other religious appearal be resticted also, such as christian shirts and the cross.

Hour 1 - Newt Gingrich has been voted to remain the Speaker of the House in spite of him lying to the house ethics commitee.
Hour 2 and 3 - A woman's boyfriend is addicted to television. She thinks she can change him. How often do people think they can change someone? Will they change? How come things that are cute about people at the beginning of a relationship become irritations later on?
Hour 4 - Eric Stanger and Tom Leykis debate their opinions on a story where a 13 year old boy received oral sex from a 37 year old woman.

Hour 1 - Do people in modern suburbia really need these big 4x4 vehicles that hog the road, impair vision, and eat gas?
Hour 2 - New Years Resolutions, no one keeps them.
Hours 3 and 4 - A man who lost a custody battle to a drug addicted mother is now being sued for back child support during the time after the children were taken from the mother and held by child protective services. He was never contacted. Now they want $17,000 from him. How come the state couldn't find him when he was searching for his daughters but when they want money it's a different story.

Hour 1 - U.S. Postal Service employees are not allowed to discriminate against homosexuals, even on their own time.
Hour 2 - A U.S. Supreme Court Appeal of a former High school student who was denied going to the bathroom by the teacher was refused. Should teachers be allowed to decide when students can and can't use the bathroom?

Hour 1 - Should the United States adopt english as the official language?
Hour 2 - Michael Irvin has been cleared of rape allegations. The woman that made the claim made up the whole story. Is it fair that her maximum sentance is a fraction of the sentance Irvin would have received if he was convicted on this false allegation?
Hour 3 and 4 - Bill Gates has an arrangement where he is allowed to spend one weekend a year away with a close personal longtime friend of his. Could any other married man get away with this type of arrangement? Is it because of his money?

Hour 1 and 2 - Paula Jones accusations against Bill Clinton - Why can't Clinton be tried in a civil case just because he is the president.
Hour 3 - A new law in Texas that prevents topless and stripping establishments from being located closer than 1500 ft. from a residential area may close down most of the topless bars in Texas.
Hour 4 - America Online Sucks!!! They announce a new flat rate to gain customers when their current system cant even handle it's current subscribers. Isn't providing "unlimited usage" false advertisement when you can never use the service?

Hour 1 and 2 - Guest Father David Trosh who advocates the killing of abortion doctors and bombing of abortion clinics praises the bombing of the abortion clinic in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
Hour 3 - Bill Cosby's son was killed. CNN ran a clip of his son dead on the side of the freeway. After CNN found out who the film was of the apologized to the Cosby family. Why is it OK to show "Joe Shmo" dead on the side of the road but not the member of a celebrities family? Hour 4 - A movie made 25 years ago that portrays the rape of a 13 year old girl is now being sued.

Hours 1 and 2 - Both sides of the ebonics in education issue with guests Jeanie Eller and C. Miles Smith.
Hour 3 - The mayor says finding the killer of Bill Cosby's son is the city's #1 priority. Should this be the #1 priority? Is this fair to others who were killed the same day? Special treatment for the rich and famous?
Hour 4 - Office dead pools. Who's on your office dead pool list for the new year?

Hour 1 - Pepsi commercial offering the Harrier Jet for a specific amount of Pepsi points, then when someone comes up with them they wont deliver the Jet.
Hour 2 and 3 - Group in Berkley, California called "Drivers for Dignity" is blanketing luxury cars that resemble parking tickets and requesting $300 and for the owners of these cars to be called to responsibility for their lifestyle when there are homeless people on the streets.

1/22/97 Wednesday

Hours 1 and 2 - The high school sweethearts that gave birth to an infant at a comfort inn hotel, then smashed it's head in and threw it in a dumpster are out on bail thanks to their rich parents.
Hour 3 - Presidential Inauguration... Did you watch just too see if something horrible might happen???
Hour 4 - Tom wants to talk to people who live in godforsaken places with terrible weather, nothing to do, etc.

1/23/97 Thursday

Hour 1 - The 6 year old beauty queen that was sexually assaulted and killed. The ransom requested the exact amount of the fathers bonus check. Is this coincidence? Investigation is moving slowly. How come more questions aren't being asked of the father?
Hours 2 and 3 - Seattle public schools are considering the sale of space within public schools to advertisers in return for revenue to benefit the school system.
Hour 4 - Mayor of Schenectady, NY is engaging in the closing down of local strip clubs when he used to be a patron.

Hour 1 - Old People...... Heeeelllloooooo, Tooommm? How's the Weather?
Hour 2 - Man who owns a convenience store in a low rent area refuses to sell lottery tickets because the poor are purchasing them instead of food for the rare chance of winning.
Hour 3 - Young Mexican women marrying and having sex with older men. Not legal. Honoring other countries customs.
Hour 4 - A man is raped and beaten with broomsticks and irons by his girlfriend and sister.

Hour 1 - A man has a problem with his girlfriend who has tattoos in easily seen places.
Hour 2 - Restrictions on panhandling in Los Angeles.
Hour 3 - Discussion on pressure put on beauty pageant contestants. Ms. Universe has been put on a strict diet after gaining weight. Do we have unrealistic expectations of women physically?
Hour 4 - Bill Cosby's wife says that his affair 23 years ago does not matter and that they are a "united" couple.
