between the Contras and the Sandinistas in Nicaragua.

Hour 1 - Dateline Seattle. Fortune teller Suzy Evans has been brought to trial
for first degree theft. The fortune teller guaranteed that she could get a 59 year old
womans boyfriend back for $14,000 and charged a 45 year old woman $10,000 for a
promise of future financial security.
Hour 2 - ASCAP (association of composers and
performers) wanted to charge day, summer, and girl scout camps to pay for singing
licensed songs around the campfire. ASCAP submitted a press release stating that they
never threatened to charge the Girl Scouts and any mention of such was inadvertent.
Hour 3 - A southeast Asian immigrant male was sentenced to probation, community
service, and English lessons instead of prison for molesting his step daughters(age 10 and
11) because, he says sex with young girls is accepted in Vietnam.
Hour 4 - Dateline El Paso. Over 20 women at Ft. Bliss have filed complaints of
sexual harassment and that they have been forced to pose nude. Tom want's to hear stories
of other women in this same situation and happenings within the private sector.

Hours 1 and 2 - Dick Morris resigns as President Bill Clintons' political consultant after
allegations of an affair with a prostitute. Dick Morris was said to have made payments,
and share preview information on campaign speeches with this prostitute as reported by
the "Star" and the New York Times.
Hours 3 and 4 - Robert Ellis' (Veteran) reports in "The Nation" (August 12-19th edition)
that Bob Dole's heroism has been exaggerated. Bob Dole's service record... hero? or
headed for home?
